Are you thinking of painting your house? Are you thinking of maybe just painting some cute little accents? Although we don’t want our homes to look just alike, we do want our neighborhood to be somewhat uniform. One of the reasons we move into an area with restrictions is for the architectural control.
Please remember to submit a request to repaint with the paint chip showing the color attached. We really do not want to request you to undo any work you already have done.
