THE TURNBULL BAY COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida)vwas established on September 23, 1994 for the purpose of providing an entity for the operation of a subdivision. The Corporation shall operate, maintain and manage the surface water or stormwater management system(s) located in the subdivision in a manner consistent with the St. Johns River Water Management District Permit requirements and applicable District rules, and shall assist in the enforcement of the restrictions and covenants contained herin.

The Corporation shall levy and collect adequate assessments against members of the Corporation for the cost of maintenance and operation of the surface water or stormwater management system. The assessments shall be used for the maintenance and repair of the surface water or stormwater management systems included by not limited to work within retention areas, drainage structures and drainage easements.

This corporation shall have all of the corporate powers enumerated in the Florida General Corporation Act. The corporation shall specifically have the power to acquire and dispose of real and personal property.
